MySellKit is a platform that allows creators to build high-converting landing pages for digital products. We provide the hosting for your files and the checkout infrastructure to process payments.
To sell on MySellKit, you must connect a Stripe account via Stripe Connect. You are responsible for providing accurate information. By using MySellKit, you authorize us to collect a 5% commission on every successful transaction.
All payments are processed directly through your Stripe account. MySellKit does not hold your funds; they are sent to your Stripe balance instantly (minus our 5% fee and Stripe’s processing fees). You are responsible for scheduling payouts to your bank account via your Stripe dashboard.
You may not use MySellKit to sell illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these rules or generates excessive fraud/chargeback rates.
MySellKit hosts your digital files and handles automatic delivery to your customers. You are responsible for ensuring that the files you upload are functional and that you own the rights to sell them.
As the seller, you are the data controller and owner of the funds. You are responsible for handling refund requests directly in your Stripe dashboard. When you issue a refund, MySellKit will also refund its 5% commission.
MySellKit is a tool. We are not responsible for the success of your sales, your relationship with your customers, or any tax liabilities arising from your sales.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
