From Sellers: We collect your email address and Stripe account details (via Stripe Connect) to manage your account and process commissions.
From Customers: When a customer buys from you, we collect their email address and payment metadata to deliver the digital product and provide you with sales analytics.
Your data is used to manage your product pages and provide support.
Customers: Their data is used solely to deliver the digital files and generate your sales reports. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing.
We do not store credit card numbers. All sensitive payment information is handled securely by Stripe. We only store the information necessary to confirm a successful transaction and deliver the file.
We keep your product and sales data as long as your account is active. If you delete a product or your account, the associated files and data will be removed from our active servers within a reasonable timeframe.
Your data is used to manage your product pages and provide support.You can request access to your data, or its deletion, at any time by contacting us. As a seller, you are responsible for respecting the privacy rights of your own customers in accordance with GDPR.
